 This memorial website was created in the
memory of our precious Mother, Wife &
Grandmother, Della Vasquez who was
Born in California on December 16, 1923
and passed away on September 30, 2006
at the age of 82. We will remember her forever
 God saw you getting tired,
and a cure was not to be,
So He put His arms around you
and whispered "Come with Me."
With tearful eyes we watched you suffer
and saw you fade away,
Although we loved you dearly
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
you're now at peaceful rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.
God looked around His garden
and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon His earth
and saw your loving face.
He put His arms around you
and lifted you to rest.
His garden must be beautiful,
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering.
He knew you were in pain.
He saw your path was difficult,
He closed your tired eyes.
He whispered to you "Peace be Thine"
and gave you wings to fly.
You've left us precious memories,
your love will be our guide.
You live on through your loved ones,
youre' always by our side.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you did not go alone.
For part of us went with you
on the day that God called you home.

We're never ready to say goodbye
To someone we hold dear.
If it were up to us, Mom,
We'd always keep you here.
But God has reasons of His own
And plans we do not know,
And these are always for our good,
Though it may seem not so.
Our arms are empty, and our hearts
Are filled with tears and grief,
For we who loved each day with you,
Now find those days too brief.
Yet if only we could see Heaven,
We'd know you're happy there,
And we would never call you back
When such great joy you share.
And so we'll trust you to God's great care

My Mom
How can I explain what my mom means to me?
What words can I use to explain?
A woman who was the best mom she could be
Trying to shield me from pain.
But the pain I have now, she can't really heal
For it's the pain of not having her here.
But all of the memories and love that I feel
In my heart she will always be near.
My mom was a woman who loved her life so
She fought so hard to stay with us all.
But God called her home and she had to go
It was her time to answer God's call.
I miss her and love her with all of my heart
And I know what she meant to me.
For all of my life she was a big part
And my mom she always will be.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and their shall be no more death,neither sorrow or crying, neither shall there be any more pain:
For the former things are passed away

GOD'S GARDEN
God looked around His garden and found an
empty place. He then looked down upon the
earth and saw your tired face. He put His arms
around you and He lifted you to rest. God's
garden must be beautiful, He only takes the
best. He knew that you were suffering. He knew
you were in pain. He knew that you would never Get
well on earth again. He saw the road getting rough
and the hills were hard to climb, so He closed your
weary eyelids and whispered 'peace is thine'. It
broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone,
for part of us went with you the day God took you
home. Through your smile is gone for now and your
hands we cannot touch, we will always have sweet
memories of you...the one we loved so much.
The LORD Is My Shepherd
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
I am home in heaven dear ones,
Oh so happy and so bright
Here perfect joy and beauty in his
everlasting light.
When your works are complete
He will gently call you home
O' the rapture of that meeting
and the joy to see you come.

God broke our hearts to prove to us He only
takes the best
Missing you Mom more then words can say, how
losing you broke my heart. Since you have been gone
life is not the same without you, our daily calls and the
love we had for each other can never compare to the love
of a mother and daughter. Only God knows why you had
to leave so soon, and yet our empty hearts and empty
lives still yearn for you. When tomorrow starts without
you Mom it will never be the same, because part of me
went with you the day God called you home. You were
the best Mom anyone could have had and I will forever
thank you for just being you and will forever treasure
the kindness and compassion you had for us and
for everyone you knew. Sometimes you were hurt by
other's but you always had love and forgiveness for them.
God put you high above a high rock to protect you
and then he took you home. Thank you Mom for showing
me what love and forgiveness was all about, I will never
forget what you taught me.
To My Family and Friends
I'm sorry your hearts are broken in two
But I had to answer God's call.
Remember that I love all of you
And the memories I still can recall.
I am here in Heaven, a beautiful place
I'll send messages that you can't miss
That gentle breeze you feel on your face
Will be me sending a warm, gentle kiss.
So all my loved one's please don't be blue
I'm flying with angel wings.
And until the day I'm again with you

This memorial site is dedicated to my beautiful precious
Mother, Della Vasquez . Thank you for visiting and keeping
our memory of my Mom Della alive. Mom was born
December 16, 1923, loved by so many and missed by all of
her love ones. She will always be remembered and loved
for her kindness and truly a blessing to all of us.
Sadly at the age of 82 yrs old, my Mom passed
away . She passed away on September 30, 2006
at Royal Court Health Care, she died from Congestive
Heart Failure and Cardiac Arrest. My mom had been
ill for some time but this sickness came on fast without
warning leaving us all stunned and in disbelief. She
had been in the hospital for almost a month but my
Mom was taken too soon, to soon because we thought
she would be coming home from the hospital, then she
started having more problems with her heart. My
beautiful Mom will be loved and missed forever.
I still cannot understand why she had to go away.
The sadness just overwhelms my soul. I hope
that this website will bring comfort, hope and peace,
to help ease my grief as well as others. I will always
remember my Mom and love her as she will always
be in the hearts of everyone that loved her.
My mom was so special to us all, when she
passed away part of our hearts went with her.
she was always so loyal, & trust worthy. You
could tell her anything and she would always be
their to show her Love and help you out in anyway
she could. She was so loved by her husband
Luciano. They were married for over 60 yrs,
also by her 6 children one that is already with
her in heaven and her granddaughter Cynthia
who went to be with the Lord also. Cynthia

My mom had 11 grandchildren and 11 great
grandchildren. She will forever be missed and
loved by all her love ones.

IF TOMORROW STARTS WITHOUT ME....
If tomorrow starts without me, and I’m not there to see,
If the sun should rise and find your eyes all filled with tears
for me; I wish so much you wouldn’t cry the way you did
today, While thinking of the many things we didn’t get to say.
I know how much you love me…as much as I love you, And
each time that you think of me, I know you’ll miss me too;
But when tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand,
That an angel came and called my name and took me by the
hand, And said my place was ready in heaven far above, And
that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love. But as
I turned to walk away, a tear fell from my eye, For all my life,
I’d always thought, I didn’t want to die. I had so much to live
for, so much left yet to do, It seemed almost impossible, that
I was leaving you. I thought of all the yesterdays, the good
ones and the bad, I thought of all the love we shared and all
the fun we had. If I could relive yesterday just even for a
while, I’d say good-bye and kiss you, and maybe see you
smile. But then I fully realized that this could never be, For
emptiness and memories would take the place of me. And
when I thought of worldly thing I might miss come tomorrow,
I thought of you, and when I did my heart was filled with
sorrow. But when I walked through heaven’s gates I felt so
much at home. When God looked down and smiled & at me
from His great golden throne, He said, “This is eternity and
all I’ve promised you..Today your life on earth is past but
here life starts anew. I promise no tomorrow but today
will always last, And since each day’s the same way
there’s no longing for the past. You have been so faithful,
so trusting and so true. Though there were times you did
some things you knew you shouldn’t do. But you have been
forgiven and now at last you’re free. So won’t you come and
take my hand and share my life with me? “ So when tomorrow
starts without me, don’t think we’re far apart, For every time
you think of me, I’m right here, in your heart.

Don't think of her as gone away
Her Journeys just begun,
life holds so many facets,
this earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting
from the sorrows and the tears,
in a place of warmth and comfort,
where there are no days or years.
Think how she must be wishing
that we could know today

And think of her as living
in the hearts of those she touched,
